Welcome to my Boy Scout Patch Collection!
I've been "gone" for a long time (earning my Taekwondo Black Belt, then 2nd Dan (2nd Degree) and earning a Master of Arts in Teaching), and now working on my 3rd Dan, but I've finally updated my site! Let me know what you think...
I've added the Duplicates page and listed what I have, all in that one spot. I also offer "Collecting Supplies" - the cards I use to retain information about my duplicate patches. I've updated the Cascade Pacific Council area to include all issues in the 2011 version of the "An Aid to Collecting Selected Council Shoulder Patches" guide, added a lot more images to the site.
I've focused on my lodge, Wauna La-Mon'tay #442, and its predecessors, but I'm interested in other items, too. I'm particularly interested in First Flaps and Section W-1S items. I've collected most of the CSP's from my council, Cascade Pacific, and its two immediate predecessors, Columbia Pacific and Cascade Area. I'm working on completing those sets and sets of First Flaps, First CSPs, and Eagle Scout CSPs.
Most of the small pictures on my site are thumbnails - click on them to see a larger scan of the item. I scanned most of them myself - the pictures are those of the actual items I possess. Those who wish to use the images for non-commercial activities that promote Scouting or Memorabilia Collecting are welcome to copy them.
